I enjoyed Dana’s PMI Project Management webinars, so I looked forward to reading The Unwritten Rules of Managing Up. It took me some time to decide to purchase the book because I really don’t have extra time to worry about my boss. My take away from the book is to do what I need to do to make my projects easier to buy understanding the boss.
